A draft comprehensive study of the establishment of a factory to build light aircraft for different civil purposes
1- This is a primarily comprehensive study for requirements for establishing of a project for manufacturing and building a helicopter record light.
As a later stage, according to an agreement between the partners, this project can be converted to a broader economical industrial commercial one for manufacturing multi-planes multi-functions and sizes planes. The study is according to the rates in the second half of 2009
2- The specifications of the plane in the first phase of the project
The targeted plane is designed according to the standard specifications. It has a forward fan, horizontal takeoff and landing, flat rotary wing basement, nasal major wheels, as well as two seats in series or parallel based on the requirements and agreements. Further, it has the possibility for taking off and landing on any dust surface (ground) with a horizontal length of 400 to 600 meters. The velocity parallel to the direction of landing will be of 25 knots, and the velocity perpendicular to the direction of the landing of 10 knot. The time required for building such a plane is one year
3- The Engine
The engine should have slandered specifications with a cooling system and a power range between 80 and 160 ordinary horses. We suggest three alternatives:
3.1. Engine Jabiro 2200
The power: 85 horses
The price: around 12.500 USD.
3.2. Engine Jabiro 3300
The power: 120 horses
The price: around 16.500 USD.
3.3. Rotax 914 F/UL
The power: 115 horses

5. Workshop requirements
A suitable workshop is required to be built for the project with a minimum area of 12x12 meters, 3 meters height, suitable lighting system. The workshop should have 2 doors one front bride one with a width of 11 m and a back door for persons. The location should be with a ground near area of 600 meters, and of course water and electricity connections are required.

6. Fields of the inverstments of standard plane
6.1. agricultuare application: service of agriculture projects and rural work (including the spraying of pesticides). Also, offering rapid transfer of experts and people. In addition to speed first aid services.

6.3. Monitoring and control of forest, spaces desert far extension.
6.4. scientific research applications and consultant services.
6.5. climate monitoring and tourist applications and training.
7. Agreement and Costs
The agreement will be caried in 3 or 4 stages after the discussion of the partneres. The total cost of the project is compietable in the market as the total cost of the manifucturing is around 15.000 Euro exclusive the engine price and the workshop building costs and extra workers. So the total will be arount 35 000 Euro subject to changes.
